Sit-down strike hits ATL over unpaid salaries

Laborers at Akosombo Textile Limited (ATL) have launched a sit down strike fighting neglected compensations and stipends tracing all the way back to 2021.

Representatives partaking in the strike charge that the company’s machinery has been destroyed and sold as scrap, projecting questions on its functional maintainability.

Moreover, concerns have been raised with respect to lacking remuneration for the laborers.
