Salah suffered a strain in the posterior muscle – Egyptian FA

Mohamed Salah has experienced a muscle strain in his back, as affirmed by the Egyptian Football Association.

He will miss Egypt's next two matches at the Africa Cup of Countries because of a physical issue supported in the new 2-2 draw with Ghana.

The seriousness of the issue was affirmed by the Egyptian Football Association through a social media announcement.

"The X-rays that Mohamed Salah, the captain of the Egyptian national team, went through, showed that he experienced a strain in the back muscle and he will miss the group's next two matches in the African Cup of Nations against Cape Verde, and afterward the round of 16 match in case of capability," the assertion said.

Egypt, at present with two focuses from their initial two games, is set to confront Cape Verde on Monday.

The vulnerability encompassing Mohamed Salah's physical issue will probably be a worry for Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp. Klopp had communicated his worry about Salah's condition in front of Liverpool's impending match against Bournemouth on Sunday.
