Otto Addo picks John Painstil, Fatau Dauda as Black Stars assistant coaches

Otto Addo has chosen John Painstil, and Fatawu Dauda as his associate coaches as he takes up the job of Black Stars head coach.

Lauman, a UEFA pro-license holder, who recently played in Cyprus, Germany, and Vietnam has had spells with Standard Liege, VfL Bochum, and Barnsley in the English championship.

Former Fulham player John Painstil played West Ham Joined together, Kaizer Chiefs of South Africa, Berekum Arsenal and Liberty Professionals. He featured in two FIFA World Cup competitions for Ghana prior to retiring.

Paintsil is a Ghanaian legend with 89 caps, a former captain, and a member from the squad that won bronze in the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations. He filled in as an assistant coach at Kaizer Chiefs and a CAF Licence B holder.

Fatawu Dauda, a former goalkeeper of Voradep, Okwahu Joined together, AshantiGold and Orlando Pirates, represented Ghana multiple times and featured in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
