Mark Okraku Mantey talks too much – Kelvyn Boy fires

Ghanaian vocalist Kelvyn Boy, known for his various awards, has responded to criticism in regards to his melodic character, especially raised by industry gatekeepers.

The contention follows back to a 2018 conversation on Hitz FM, where Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts, and Culture Mark Okraku Mantey scrutinized Kelvyn's melodic peculiarity, expressing, "Does he have a personality with regards to rhythms that he performs? Actually he doesn't."

"Does he have a personality with regards to rhythms that he performs? Really he doesn't. I have heard him on various rhythms, various tunes and he sounds different on pretty much every beat." In a new meeting on Accra FM with Nana Romeo, Kelvyn Boy tended to these reactions, asserting that they are unfounded.

He contended that a nearer assessment of his melodies, for example, 'Yawa No Dey,' 'Mea,' and 'Down Flat,' uncovers an unmistakable melodic personality.

Kelvyn Boy likewise went after Okraku Mantey, proposing that the pundit "goes on and on" and moving his commitments to the business' turn of events.

The vocalist's guard of his melodic style comes in the midst of progressing banters about imaginative creativity and variety inside Ghana's music scene.
