Kwadaso MP accused of ‘sex for grades’, denies allegations

Professor Kingsley Nyarko, the Member of Parliament for Kwadaso, has completely denied charges of sexual offense.


During his time as a lecturer at the University of Ghana, a person who went by the alias Amuse Bouche accused him on social media of seeking sexual favors in exchange for grade changes. In a firm rejoinder, the MP excused the cases, stating, "No such occasion at any point happened. I don't, and have never, met such an individual anyplace in my life".


He encouraged the informer to approach with her personality and report the issue to the college experts for a full examination. He focused on the requirement for explicit subtleties, including the year, scholarly program, and courses required, to help the claims. Nyarko invited others with comparable claims to introduce their accounts, highlighting the earnestness of the charges and the college's obligation to tending to inappropriate behavior.


He scrutinized the allegations as a designated assault on his personality, consoling his constituents, family, and allies, that the charge is "a barefaced untruth, coordinated to dishonor and debilitate" him.
