“Can you break the 8 with power outages?” – A Plus asks NPP

Kwame Asare Obeng, also known as A Plus, an entertainment pundit, is questioning whether the National Patriotic Party (NPP) can break the 8 when there are frequent power outages in the country.

"Might you at any point break the 8 with blackouts? Yet when they hear the truth, New Patriotic Party members become agitated. Is this not stupidity? Why should this nation experience power outages? He encouraged Ghanaians to shun inactivity with regards to requesting that the public authority tends to residents' interests. stating that President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, with only a few months remaining in his term, appears to be indifferent to the plight of ordinary citizens, adding the significance of active engagement.

A Plus expressed dissatisfaction with the president's apparent disregard for pressing issues and criticized Akufo-Addo's presidency as a deception. Nigeria's situation has gotten worse because people have been passive; we will never be silenced. As of now, everybody ought to disregard Akufo-Addo, he minds less; the adolescent, old timers and laborers should rise and set expectations. "Assuming you depend on Akufo-Addo, he would frustrate you. He is seeing out his term, he has defrauded everybody. He pleaded for votes and now proposes that chiefs stand to greet him.

“He is finished, and he is now sitting on a high horse without regard for anyone. He is finished, and a few months before the end of his tenure, he has gone tone deaf. He doesn't care if you sleep in the dark or not,” A Plus argued.

On the episode of the weekly entertainment show United Showbiz on UTV that aired on April 27, 2024 and was hosted by MzGee, A Plus, a former ally who has since become an outspoken critic, shared his thoughts.
